YouTuber Ducky Bhai Formally Indicted in Promotion Case.

Pakistani social media sensation and YouTuber Muhammad Usman Khan, known by his online alias Ducky Bhai, has been formally indicted by a magistrate for promoting an unlicensed cryptocurrency during a live streaming session earlier this year.

According to sources, Magistrate Iram Aftab directed the prosecution to present its witnesses during the initial hearing of the case as the trial now officially kicks off. The magistrate instructed Ducky Bhai to ensure the presence of all witnesses in the court for the proceeding of the formal trial.

The case is filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under the Prize, Bonds, Social Punif Bonds etc. (Control and Restriction on Trading) Act 1961. As per the law, the SECP must now present evidence regarding Ducky Bhai promoting the unlicensed digital asset as an investment opportunity.
